I’m Dr. Alyssa Kava, DNP, a certified, licensed, and insured mobile neurotoxin injector. I love this work! I inject anywhere & everywhere—homes, corporate office spaces, collaborative events, lunch break lounges, party buses, retreat centers, park benches, hotels, tailgates, etc. You get the idea:) My clinical background spans neuroscience, family practice, palliative medicine, and rather unsuspectingly, medical aesthetics. My passion for injecting neurotoxin was a byproduct of the exhaustion of wrangling 3 kids under 3 yrs while working as a medical provider in a high stress environment and hearing “Wow! You look so tired!” on a daily basis. It became the catalyst for restoring lost energy, light, and vitality and growing confidence and motivation. While I have extensive experience treating the common lines of the upper face & lifting medial/lateral brows, I specialize in advanced lower face injecting techniques aimed at relaxing strong depressor muscles that cause progressive jowling, namely the DAOs & platysmal bands. Injecting these lower face depressors produces a smooth, lifted neck, jawline, and cheeks. I also treat masseters for TMJ, migraine headaches, and axillary hyperhidrosis. While injecting is fun, fascinating, and wellness-focused, it’s a serious medical procedure that requires ongoing training coupled with the right consultation, right injector, right dose, right technique, and right product. I take seriously the responsibility of understanding/educating re: the science behind the use, mechanism of action, and clinical impacts of neurotoxin. Because I understand the anatomy—not only muscle location but also depth, size, function, and adjacent structures—I guarantee excellent outcomes that meet aesthetic goals. Every time. I inject with Xeomin and Dysport—Xeomin for its purity, precision, and efficacy in protein-resistant patients and Dysport for its strength and spread. Xeomin’s molecular structure consists of dbl-purified Botulinum toxin A; it does not contain a plasma protein additive found in Dysport (and Botox & Jeuveau). This matters a lot! While most data re: efficacy/quality are anecdotal, science knows the plasma protein additive is the neurotoxin component responsible for neutralizing antibody production, which can lead to treatment resistance in some cases. Xeomin’s utility is endless in that context. For protein-responsive patients, Dysport is excellent for relaxing the strong, expansive muscles of the Glabellar complex, frontalis, masseters, and platysma. Cancellation Policy

The Well Lab, PLLC requires atleast 24 hours’ notice for cancellations with a 15% fee applied (to next treatment) for cancellations or no-shows within that timeframe.
